Dear AMEX,
It is with great pleasure that I tell you to stick it where the sun don't shine. I decline your invitation to pay you $150 per year to use your credit card. I also don't wish to experience the flexibility of being forced to pay my bill in full each month with some new GOLD card. I find more flexibility in having the option to do so OR to pay the minimum for the next 30 years. Nothing like knowing you are paying $5,000 for a $50 pair of shoes. If I had to payback the very next month all the worthless crap I bought it might make me experience the benefit of not wanting to buy anything else. Where's the fun in that? Credit cards are all about free money doncha know?
