Christmas Unopened

Now that everyone has received his/her gifts, I can go into further detail regarding Christmas knitting. First we have this cute little guy, I can't believe he hasn't gotten any blog time. I made him initially for a friend's newest little boy, but Christmas being what it is and my knitting skills being what they are I got a bit behind and gifted him to my nephew instead. Then we have the marsan watchcap and a camo thorpe for his brothers.
That stuff was for my brother's family, Tug's sister's family got (L-R down and around) koolhaas for one niece, camo thorpe for a nephew, camo basic hat for another nephew, the scarf/hat hybrid (now dubbed ggyr) for his sister and those fingerless mitts I love so much for my other niece. I forgot to take a picture of the heart I knit for my bil so Michelle, if you get a chance when you aren't busy with the whole "I am spending day and night in the hospital with my husband who just had open heart surgery" thing would you be willing to take/email me a pic of the heart?

For my fil we have an Ohio State themed hat and for my mil a cowl (ravelry link; and a cool necklace with all her grandkids initials...I also got one for my mom but with just my kids' initials).
Then there is the oft pictured scarf I gave my sister along with the shedir hat.
For my uncle I made the turn a square hat and I gave the beufort hat that most of you thought was old looking to my old great aunt~she said she especially loved the color.
And last, but given first way back in November, are hats for Tug's other sister and bil, koolhaas and a single colored turn a square.

I will add all proper links soon done, we are off to try and let Renee see a few more sights during her last visiting day (did I mention my sister is in town visiting? I think I did??) I am starting to get some dirty looks from my non-blogging sister and husband since I am not yet ready to go...

9 people are laughing with me:

You did a great job for a beginner! I love the elephant---I'm dying to get that book. And the camo Thorpe is just beautiful; I love the blue and brown.

Did you use a certain pattern for the buckeye hat, or just the Turn a Square? My son wants a Georgia beanie. After his Dead Fish.
