Week 1 (again)

This week I wasn't quite as good as I had hoped BUT Jaime was in town SO I am giving myself a slight pass.  I mean when a friend who you haven't seen in 8 years comes to visit, lots of eating out and ice cream are in order! No friends coming this week though so back on track I shall go. 


Goals:
Continue/start 1400 cal/day
Exercise 30 min/day 4 days/week

hmmmmm. I didn't do very well. BUT- my treadmill is now in my room where I can use it every morning. I walked Monday and Tuesday and have a goal of walking 5 times a week. Last Wednesday I started eating breakfast right away every morning (most often Special K, but occasionally some lovely breakfast thing like pancakes) and this Monday, I started eating a lighter lunch and normal sized dinner. I have high hopes to watch that number drop instead of continuing to crawl higher.

Now, since little bit was sleeping in my bed when I woke this morning... I didn't walk on my treadmill. So, I am off to do that walking, now!!

I am eating better and lost 2 lbs but I was told by Michelle (who knows a personal trainer) the only way to really lose weight is to do 180 min of cardio a week. That breaks down to 30 min 6days a week. Cant i just eat and still lose. Life isnt fair sometimes. I LOVE FOOD & DR PEPPER

Whah!!! on Wednesday... I did awful this week. Hopefully this coming week will be better. I am up half a pound.

I did weigh myself on Wed, I just didn't have time to post my NO CHANGE. I've been too busy to get on the treadmill, but I'm all done with travels, so by next week, I should have something better to report.
