Pink Eye

Any of you know a natural remedy for pink eye? No, I am not turning into a hippie-we haven't established ourselves with a doctor yet and I really don't feel like going to urgent care for {l}'s eye so if you have a tried and true method, please share!

squirt some lavaderm in it--i'm sure that's what juju would say!

in fact, seabiscuit had an eye infection the other day--mom sent out the lavaderm.

please don't blame if vision loss occurs.

Do you have breastmilk available? Seriously. Worked for me several times.

No clue! All I know is that the meds for it are expensive!

A doctor told me once that visine works as good as anything else and that it will clear up on it's own if you just let it go. It's such a common infection and usually clears up on it's own. We've had it a dozen times since then and NEVER have gone to the DR for it. If it gets red and puffy, I just use a little visine. Gets the red out and it's cheeeeeeeeep. Huh, never tried breast milk before. That's weird. I could freeze some and send it in the mail with some dry ice if ya want. I got milk.
