WoW-6

Coming to weigh-in? Good, that makes one of you!

I figure since some of you have already gone on the lam I can too (its my bloggy and ill ditch if i want to). This has been a pretty stressful week . . . we got some news on Tug's job and, while he still has a job (thank God) he (and his coworkers) are taking a pay cut and things aren't looking so hot (anybody have any work-from-home leads for me?) so with my Mom in town, and countless croissants in tow, it hasn't been pretty folks.
But, today is a new day (sensing some deja vu) so time to get back on the wagon . . . eggs for breakfast anyone?

Stats:
Regina: refusing the scale
Paula: -0
Renee: didnt weigh
Amy: -0
Jessica:-1
Erica: out of town
Laura: -5, awesome
Michelle (rs):
Angela: -2.25 inches
Christine: -0
Michelle (wa): -0
Juli: +4
Keri: -1
Shelly: still no scale
Cecilia: -1.5
Michelle (ggyr): claims to be larger, scale still broken
Lori:
Mimi: -1 good job!!

Up 4 from 2 weeks ago. I fell off the wagon. I thought I was pregnant, but the test says negative. Although that's been known to be wrong.

Down one from original.

What are you talking about "home leads"?

Did you go to bloggerchoiceawards yet and look into the non-profits? Do you think we should nominate GG?

Sorry to hear about Tug's job. We are in the waiting game game here....we'll find out the first week of March if Bill is still employed. It really is stressful, especially for families that rely on that one income...you and me both.

Same. as always. I agree with Paula. You are in our prayers. Are you an Amazon associate (I think that is what it is called)?

Eggs for ME this morning. Eggs for breakfast (and the occasional bowl of low-sugar oatmeal) has seemed to finally do the trick...
-5 lbs!
Don't get too jealous, girls...
I think most of that weight was from my boobs. I think my hormones have regulated after weening. All of the sudden I've gone from a "C" to an "A minus". Oh well, I think overall I've lost inches too. My metabolism is kicking in and now I'm down to the weight I was when I ran the half marathon last year (only 4 months postpartum and still nursing 100%) but I still have about 15 pounds to go to my goal. I think it's going to be a lot easier from now on. Especially with lent coming next week.

Big fat 0. Guess it could have been worse.

I haven't gotten on the scale and now i dont feel guilty. I was at the ranch and ate WAY TOO MUCH!!!!

Sorry to hear about Tug.

maybe you can do the med trans thing.

I know I'm larger, but my scale is still not operable. I don't know if I'll ever remember a new battery for it.

Praying for Tug's job situation.

I'm setting my baseline, and think it's about .5 - 1 pound less than last week - my scale isn't digital so that's my best estimate.

Hi Regina, No weight change for me, but have lost 2.25 inches (overall).

I have been getting in my 3 weekly workouts.

I am praying for the job situation. Wow, it's so scary isn't it?

regina, you already do work-from-home, you're just not getting paid for it YET. i will pray for your husband's job situation, we've taken a pay cut too and it hasn't been easy.
good luck trying to stay away from those croissants..........

Good attitude with fresh starts. Nothing is better for stress than exercise and prayer.
How about freelance writing? I'm starting to work on it. I've wanted to do it for a long time. OR what about a part time gig at the Y? That would be motivational!

Lori said...

well............I weighed yesterday and it wasn't pretty. I'm up 3. I didn't measure:(

Ok I need some motivation here.

Meant to leave you a comment the first time I read this but I think I got interrupted by children...there are just so many of them around here! How long until you'll know about Tug's job? The waiting is the part that is so draining....I'm sorry you ahve to worry about it..I keep hoping soemthing will change but don't know how likely THAT is. I'll be praying for you too....

As long as I have a roof over my head your family will always have a home.

We can get Auntie Nee's friends together and start your line in Young Living. Really, people are still doing great even though the economy is challenged. We can do this.
