WoW 8

Seriously, week 8? Depressing.
Isn't it annoying when your scale won't cooperate? Aside from my little chew-n-spit cheat bites of Boo's birthday cake I have been good. This past week I have gone to different friends' homes and taken my own salad while avoiding the cakes and ice creams offered—yet the scale is a biotch. On different days during the week I have been up to 2 pounds less than I am today but I will go ahead and post today's weight since it happened, well, today. I guess I am going to have to start exercising ::gasp:: I KNOW!

This week: - 0.6

Michelle: - 1, getting back after it!
Marci: - 0.5 Good job.
Tug: - 0.5
Jessica: +1 Not too bad, considering.
Amy: ± 0. Good job mama!
Kimberly: -1.5. Such a motivator!
Laura: ±0 but still training for that half-marathon.

I know that thing about the scale not cooperating. I am not participating in this program for a reason. I am even exercising (although not eating quite right) and still its the up and down roller coaster.

Keep up the good work! Remember: all week long you made healthy choices, improving the condition of your body and providing a positive role model for your children. All of those things count as much as the pounds!

.5 off the hips

Just to let you know...I've been very good, and exercised every-single-day this past week, burning a cumulative total of nearly 2000 calories just with physical activity and the scale only moved 1.5 lbs. That's how it works...it will move again rapidly as the body adjusts to changes in caloric intake and increased (or decreased) physical activity. Don't give up!

I am "el mismo." :( how sad-o! I thought I was going to have good news to report--until today! So if we're going by yesterday's weight, -2. But since we're not, nothing. Love ya and good job this week.

Well I guess being sick agrees with me. I have lost 5 lbs. Yippy for the weight loss but I really HATE being sick. Yucky for my nose (it is really sore)
