WoW 7

Well 1 week of Atkins down...going ok so far. I cheated one night-we went to a local charity thing then back to a friends house. While at the friends house I had to try some homemade salsa so I had a small edge of a tortilla chip. At that auction I bought lots of bad Harry & David things and had maybe 4 chocolate and toffee covered pistachios (I might add they were soooo worth it). Aside from that night it has been going well. Since starting Atkins last Monday I have lost over 6 pounds. I think drinking the diet sodas that I have has had an effect so I am not going to have any this week (from what I remember of a friend doing this years ago, she bought special sodas though I don't know which ones or why and I don't feel like actually reading the book to learn). 
I still haven't started exercising. I might try and start walking, at a slow pace, on the treadmill this week.

From the lowest I have been while doing WoW it is only a 2.2 weight loss BUT from here on out it'll all just be weight lost!

I'm a sinner to my core! And, I am NOT the biggest loser. In fact, why am I even in this? I don't even try. I just weigh myself and report. Sad, really.

Total this week: 3 lbs. lost!

That's more than 20 lbs. off so far, 5 inches off the waist, 4 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my neck. I'm telling you...SparkPeople rocks! I'd never have made it this far, or at best it would've been much harder. The best image I can give you of what a 20lb weight loss feels like? Carry two 10lb bags of potatoes all day. Never put them down, even once. Now drop them. Relief!! That's what it feels I crowing a bit? Darn right!

are we supposed to record how much we are up or down from the previous week, or how much we're up or down from original starting week? if it's the original starting week, i think i'm neither plus or minus--just hanging out at this frumpy weight!

Ech, I forgot to weigh myself yesterday (truth be told, didn't wanna) so I did it this morning and...nothing. No gain, no loss. NET ZERO. Oh well, it's not like I'm not trying here! I suppose I could use the "muscle weighs more than fat" excuse because of the running...oorrrrr, I could own up to the two hostess cupcakes I ate on Tuesday?

Ok, so when I went to the docotr yesterday they said I LOST a pound.... and an inch!!
What is up with that?
