Depression

One of my WoW goals for this week is to exercise 4 days for at least 30 minutes. Last week I didn't exercise at all and lost 3.6. This week I have exercised EVERY day and I have gained .6!! ARGH. My eating has been the same (aside from Thurs. night, but Fri. morning I was still down a pound). I have come to the conclusion that exercise is over-rated. Naps are what is needed—or to stop weighing myself 3x/day.

(don't bother with the muscle weighs more than fat. it has been 3 days of exercise. the fat has yet to be transformed)

yeah, i don't get it either. try training for and walking in a marathon and then ending up heavier and flabbier than before i started! i'm off to eat something! lvoe

Have you been drinking enough water?? I find this makes a difference, when I actually drink the water... Plus I'm SURE that Thursday night has a bit to do with it... You still have a few days till Wed :) And SO DO I for that matter... THANK GOODNESS!! (NAPS would be very good too!)

I agree exercise is OVERRATED!!!! Well hopefully if I keep it up I will be able to fit in the jeans to take to OR
