I say scale is funky... will try tomorrow and see again. Then Pops and I are off on adventure and I will not check in next week unless there is a loss when I get home! I am not counting on a loss. See ya on WOW March 25th probably ...
OK so not drinking anything but water seems to help you lose weight!! Who knew, I didn't believe people when they said soda is bad. NO DR PEPPER IS GOOD, but because I stopped drinking I have lost 5 lbs this week.

Oh, that would be a gain of 2 freakin' pounds. UGH!
I am the same as last week... I had lost another 1.5# but I gained it right back on Sat (Baby Shower Goodies), Sun (Trader Joe's Trail Mix, Carl's Jr., and White Chocolate Mocha), and Monday (Bread and Pasta and more Trader Joe's snack)... I'll be better this week -- we just got home from walking. =)

I have slowed down in my second week. This week's loss is 1.4lb. My total inches lost (to date)is 7.25in.
I've incorporated exercise but slowed down with my water intake. Next week, I'll focus on drinking 110 oz of water/day and exercise.

Hey sorry I am so late!! Lost 3.3!! I had lost more earlier this week but I guess I gained some back at Bunco last night! The no sugar thing is really working, it seems!
-1, I actually did "Walk Away the Pounds" twice this week and it might just work.
I'm realizing I need to get a digital scale. It looks like I'm hanging in there at no change.

Look at me, look at what a great pal I am. I've decided to follow your example and just sit there and not even BOTHER to avoid that dang bread...and all the extra stuff I've been eating to try to feel full after all that running. I just CAN'T lose any more weight and it's KILLING my stupid joints. Anybody know how to get rid of 20 extra pounds...free surgery? If I could just lop off this extra skin, I'm sure that would be about 30 pounds right there.
