It's your fault

that we didn't wake up in time to make it to Mass this morning. We thought we were on time until we learned about the whole jump ahead an hour thing. Neither Tug nor I had a clue, why didn't you tell me?? Thanks for nothing!!

Edit: sorry, I should have clarified. We didn't wake up in time to attend Mass at our usual we-love-the-choir-loft,-only-altar-boys,-nice-cry-room,-bell-ringing,-reverent parish. Instead we had to trudge over to the don't-like-it-so-much-but-hey-it-counts parish. . . I didn't mean to imply that we missed Mass entirely.

9 people are laughing with me:

Why would we have thought you didn't know?! You two are the gifted ones--you should have absorbed that fact just because! :)

Thank goodness God gave us this sense of humor... and timing eh?

How about visiting with the family, for a Rosary... just a thought.

We didn't get to our normally scheduled Mass either- but that was the snow's fault. Just like you, we made it to a hey, it counts last night. ;)

Glad I wasn't the only one that it snuck up on! Usually you get some warnings but I didn't see anything about it this year.

I said yesterday that I think that the day after we leap forward is my least favorite day of the year.
I'm sorry you missed your parish.

After a Funeral on Saturday, I sat with a delightful couple who it turns out goes to your parish.

Oh--Elm forgot a very important March birthday:

March 12
Aubrey's birthday

Just thought I'd get that in there.

In all seriousness, I WANT MY HOUR BACK. This DST changing back and forth drives me crazy and drives my kids crazy and drives me crazy some more. ;)
