Again

Yet another pair of fingerless mitts. These are for a mom of one of the little girls in judo. I used Caron Simply Soft in Autumn Red (I think that was the colorway). The thumbs are too tight and the tops (towards the fingers) are a bit too long because I think I did an extra repeat, otherwise they are nice.
Evangeline: Now has a price for the download but I am pretty positive it was offered free somewhere first because I would not have paid for the pattern.

Very pretty! I've made those too, and I'm sure the pattern was free.

I really need a pair of these since my hands are soooo cold all the time, but I haven't gotten around to it yet with all the other projects on the needles.

I love the cable on these!

So cute!! I really want to make a pair. Better start learning those dpns! Or can you use a circ. needle? Either way, I better figure it out!

pretty. pretty.
that red is valentine perfect.
i have been wanting to make myself another pair as the first ones i made now look like hobo gloves. but you know how that goes....
i'll just drool over these.

btw. the filling for those empanadas was beef roasted in the crock pot with garlic and spices. i roasted the chiles on the comal and then sliced 'em and added some cheese. they were so fatteningly yummy. i am super addicted to those roasted chiles!

Evangeline...that's the name we are most strongly considering for the new baby! I'm not a knitty person, but I love that color and the pattern is really cute!
