WoW-19

The world no longer makes sense. I was having shakes for breakfast and lunch, a snack then dinner. Weight loss was VERY slow to nonexistent. This week I started eating real food figuring what the hell, I am not losing anyway (and I am hungry). I guess eating is good for you.

Down two. Gotta keep moving to move outta this joint.

I'll probably gain if I don't stick to plain salads on menus from now until we dont have to eat out again. Almost a month. Ugh!

Eating is good for you. Dieting messes up your metabolism. The trick is to eat real food; not the processed junk food that I ate to gain two pounds this week. Exercise may have helped me keep the weight off.

It was all in that Organic and Thrifty talk at the Homeschool Conference that we were all too busy talking through (not that I mind). Go to her website, and then you can come over and help me build chicken coops and beehives. And I'll feed you real food. Tug will be good at it and teach Brian something, and we'll lose weight and eat healthy. And talk OSU sports. K
