Depressing news ~ apparently it takes eating less AND exercising more to lose weight. ::sigh::

This year will be my 10 year wedding anniversary. As a goal I wanted to lose weight, lots of it, before then. Problem ~ October was far away and I would reason that I still had time. Well, now I am down to 6 months. I better get in gear!!

you are complaining about losing 4 1/2? am i missing something? is that your overall loss or this week's?

i am doing so much better on my eating! i'm going to leave it at that--i have a new scale since you started wow wednesday up again. maybe i'll check in next week and tell you how i did over the new week.

Ever hear of acanthosis nigricans? I spent all day telling middle school kids and their parents about it.....
I'm seeing it way too much in middle school. I don't want to think about WOW or BMI tonight.

I'm such a loser...but not in a good way.

I'm still hovering in that five pound range that I've been stuck in since grandma was a girl.

I think it's sad that my friends have to chase me down to remind me to just weigh in already.

I wish running from my friends would help me lose weight.

I am down 1. That is great on the 4.5 lbs. I am starting to train for a 5K in June. Hopefully I will drop faster now.
