I am not pregnant. Nowhere near it. Far removed actually since {s} will be 2 in July. And yet, as I sit here typing, when I look down all I see is a belly that sure looks like it is with child. ::sigh::
So, not surprisingly, the week wasn't as good as I had hoped. I was in Oregon and felt the need to drink and eat and be merry. Merry doesn't last when you look down and see a baby belly sans baby.
Damn.
Getting on track this week. Aubrey is in town and I hope to meet up with her and Friday is {r}'s birthday, but neither of those 2 events should set me back.
Last week I told Michelle of my grand realization . . . EITHER I can lose weight slowly (which is an arduous process, not good on my instant gratification brain) OR I can gain it slowly ~ either way it will be slow and no matter what I am not staying at the weight I am now. Unfortunately, gaining happens much more quickly than losing and so far I seem to be on the track of the latter. Time to make it that of the former. I am totally going to go workout right now!
And by now, I mean eventually. . .

-4 (maybe the scale was off last week) I did Walk Away the Pounds twice this week and plan to continue doing it or some other form of exercise every day.
I had a physical last week and learned that my vitamin D levels are too low. Vitamin D deficiency can affect weight.

I had to go back and see how much I was when I started. So I started at 161 pounds. I lost 6 in the past since I started (thanks stomach bug), but today I am 158! Crap! So, I'm up 3 pounds. YIKES! Time to exercise.
Don't feel bad Reg. I am in the same boat, had a sinus infection and only worked out once this week. I am a slacker. Oh well hears to trying this week
Hey, I just started taking Fucothin after reading The Makers Diet. I run like a lunatic, eat healthy and I can't get rid of my belly either. So...we'll see if this helps. It's all natural, plant based stuff.

I'll be at work tomorrow and can use the "real" scale....so I'll get back to you on that.

I too look like I'm with child. There's no child in there, that I know of. +3 this week. Darn Easter sweets!
I read somewhere that you can lose weight by sleeping in, eating the chocolate first, drinking red wine, and pacing while talking on the phone. Also, keyboarding on the computer. I'm getting right on that. By that, I mean now!

Sorry, I didn’t check in during Holy Week. I gained 1.2
I had another gain this week, +.6. This is not a plateau but my own self-sabotage. I MUST persevere and put a stop to the weight gain!!!! I MUST!!! I too look as though I'm with baby. In fact, my 3 y/o has named her (the baby she swears is in my tummy). She has recently stopped asking about baby "C" with my current weight loss but I'm sure my most recent weight gain will spark her memory.
Please pray for me!

Down 1 pound from original. And I did end up walking yesterday. 3 days out of the last 4,actually. But I have also had a cocktail 3 out of 4 days!

I can't believe I forgot to post! I wrote it down, but with the computer trouble and sick kiddos I guess I spaced. I am getting so good at that. Anyway, I was down 1.1.
Although I weighed myself this Friday morning and had gained. I really need Lent to keep me on track, I think. UGH... I have no will power.
I'm not playing until I have good news to report. Might be a few weeks.
