I didn't weigh myself this morning. I actually forgot that it was Wednesday. But, I also tend to avoid the scale when I haven't had a good week. Eating-wise I get an F. Exercise-wise I get a C. I did exercise some this week, but not as hard as usual. I am starting a 10K training program today and am getting back to writing down what I eat and being diligent. I think I will take the month off from weighing-in, though I will still check in on exercise/diet. I keep saying I want to just be healthy, but I tend to obsess over the number on the scale when I am trying to lose; and I get discouraged if I don't lose like 5 pounds a week (which is often unrealistic).
So, no weigh ins for a month. On Aug 12 I will weigh again. Tug is going to have to hide the scale.

7 people are laughing with me:
oyes, didnt u start the 10K program a couple of weeks ago?
If you don't mind, I would like to join you again next week. My husband and I are going to see who can take off 10 pounds first, him or me. This means that we also have to keep it off. Ultimately, I want to lose 30 pounds, but I will settle for 20.
i think a weigh in every month, or maybe every 2 weeks is better. the weekly thing would frustrate me very quickly. keep up the good work!!!
Can Tug hide my scale too, please?
I didn't weigh yesterday.
I'm not weighing today.
I'll guess and say no gain and no loss.
I like this no weigh in for a month. I am on board!!! I also forgot to weigh myself yesterday and I dont like the scale this morning so I like this idea.
love
I keep thinking "today is the day" and then I go eat something I'm not even hungry for. No gain, no loss...but I'm going to have to buckle down before the training evaporates into thin air and all this leg muscle starts to turn to leg smoosh with a side of cottage cheese.
