WoW-10

I have done relatively well this week, except yesterday. Some friends came over with cupcakes and didn't listen when I said to take the extras back home with them. I had plenty of resolve early in the day but by afternoon it was gone and I indulged. Back on track today though! I have lost since last week but it I am still higher than the lowest I've been on WoW so it doesn't count. 
Fyi, for those not checking in anymore, this is the last week I will post your name if you haven't checked in for at least 3 weeks. You can rejoin at anytime.

  1. I was surprised to see that I have lost 2.6! I thought for sure with all this icky weather and sitting on my butt knitting I would have gained. Must be that evil sugar (oh, how I miss it!).

  2. I gained...1.4 lb. That's why I don't like to exercise! Hopefully, I'll start to go down this week.

    I am down 1.5 pounds this week! I've been working on that for awhile! I am actually surprised, since I haven't really been trying since Sunday... If I would have, I probably would have had a better loss. I'm not complaining though.I am happy with anything at this point!

  8. I have been bad at posting and dieting. In my defense, Wednesday is co-op day and so a little hectic. It was my birthday yesterday so I indulged. I had gained all the weight back (4 lbs.) that I lost. Then I lost it again. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the bathroom cabinet falling on my scale or not. Then after yesterdays indulgence (the bad kind) I gained a pound back. So I guess just say +1.

  9. I'm down a couple of pounds, I think. I had an infection last week that kept me off the treadmill and I've not gotten back on it yet. Argggggggg.

  12. I am still stuck in the 165-170 spot on the damn scale. Okay, I shouldn't get so mad at the scale. It's not IT'S fault that running makes me fat. I think I need to go no carb and only eat salads until I turn green but it makes it so hard to run with no energy! I REALLY need to just buckle down and lose these 20 pounds. I don't know if it will stay off but at least it won't be so dang hard to run all blubby and jiggly like I am.
