Overall, decent week. Not as much exercise as I had wanted but I am in a bit of pain. My right knee hurts (from yrs of soccer/running when I was younger I have relatively bad knees) but I can't tell if it is because my hamstring is tight making my knee and calf hurt or my knee being messed up making my hamstring and calf hurt. My left hip also hurts (old labor injury). I think I need to do more elliptical type cardio and less jogging type but that means going to the Y and I haven't been able to drag myself out of bed early lately. Oh the traumas of being fat.
Cardio: 77 min
Weight: -1.4 but that is of my 2.4 gain so still 0 with 1 more lb to lose
Zero. Nada. Nill.
ReplyDeleteI stink, I haven't lost any weight and a coworker just invited me to lunch so I am going to go cuz I love food and Dr pepper. Maybe I will be good, prob not though
ReplyDeleteditto what paula said! *sigh* Honestly, I'm running in too many directions right now. I've gotta slow it down a little and get back to meal planning. It makes such a huge difference.
